Deco Moldings warrants its porducts against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any lobor, transportation costs, damage, or other expenses of any kind incurred with the sale or use of these products. The buyer and installer must inspect each piece before installation. Buyer and installer waive all defects which could have been discovered by reasonable inspection prior to installation. In the event that a claim is made under this warranty, an authorized representative of Deco Moldings shall have the right to replace the defective material.

Return Policy:

You may return Deco Moldings products ordered within 30 days of receipt subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. You must contact us to inform about the damage.
2. You must ship goods back to us properly packed so that they arrive undamaged and in resalable condition.
3. You must ship items being returned freight prepaid. We do not accept freight collect shipments.
4. A twenty five percent restocking fee applies. Shippping fees are not refunded.

It is of the purchaser's responsibility to immediately inspect the goods for any damages from shipping. Contact us within 7 days after receipt of product to initiate a freight damage claim on your behalf.
