Deco Moldings Introduces a Breakthrough in Home Renovation Products.
At Decomoldings we strive to bring new and innovative products to our customers. After receiving several phone calls and email requests from our customers; we have developed and added Stain Grade Wainscoting to our already extensive line-up of MDF wainscoting. The new Stain Grade Wainscot Products will be available in Oak, Maple and Cherry. Our Hardwood Bead boards are made with 3/8" thick Veneer Core
Each kit includes enough material to cover an 8’ wide wall with a 41 1/2" finished height. Two sheets of Beadboard are included; each sheet of Beadboard is 31 1/2" X 48". Both the Bottom and Top rails are notched on the bottom and the top respectively so that the sheets will fit into them. This also makes it easier to finish the BeadBoard. If you want a lower finished height, simply cut the sheet down to the appropriate height; always take the lower and upper rails into account when doing your calculations.
The stair kit includes 4 panels cut to 22" x 40". The panels are cut to this size in order for the beads on the 4 panels to line up seamlessly. The total length of these 4 sheets comes to approximately 7 ½’ feet. If you require a higher finished height, please contact us with your dimensions, keep in mind however that we can only ship a maximum of 32" x 48" sheets by Fed Ex or UPS
 Many modern processing techniques eliminate the natural variation of wood, however wood is not a manufactured material, and its qualities are as varied as the trees and the places from which they originate. Although the use of Oak, Maple and Cherry in Wainscoting is nothing new, allowing a homeowner to install it in a room, in less than a day at a reasonable cost is revolutionary.
Until recently the trouble was, if you wanted wainscoting you either had to make-do by faking the look with trim applied directly to the wall or spend a lot of money on a custom carpenter and custom-shaped panels. By using hand selected wood and precision production techniques, Decomoldings makes installing your own wainscoting a viable option. Our wainscot kits come shaped and sanded but otherwise unfinished to allow you to stain or varnish the wainscot to suit the décor of the space in which it will be installed.
